Minnesota In-Person Permit to Carry [Multi-State] Course
Join Spartan Safety & Security for our Minnesota Permit to Carry course. This class is built for students who want to carry with confidence, understand Minnesota carry laws, and complete the required training for their permit.
The course includes classroom instruction and a live-fire shooting qualification. Topics include firearm safety, carry mindset, where you can and cannot carry, use of deadly force, interaction with law enforcement, firearm transportation, state reciprocity, and what to do after receiving your certificate.
Course length: Approximately 3.5 hours
Certification: $89 + tax [$96.23]
Firearm available to use for shooting qualification: fee to be determined by instructor
Range fees and ammunition: Participant responsibility
The live-fire qualification requires safe firearm handling and 80% proficiency, with at least 32 out of 40 rounds on target.
